An accredited Social Services Worker course is an advantage; at least 1 year of experience in a similar social facility is an advantage; very good communication skills, information management, positive attitude toward working with seniors, ability to work independently and as part of a team, PC literacy, stress resilience, willingness, flexibility, good health status, clean criminal record, and professional conduct.
