• Ensuring household operations consisting primarily of individual client support • Basic education and social services worker course, secondary vocational education with trade certificate and social services worker course, or complete secondary education with focus on social care (advantageous) • Criminal and health record clearance • Knowledge of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on social services and Decree No. 505/2006 Coll. • Understanding of issues related to care for people with intellectual disabilities • Good communication skills • Independence, empathy, initiative, flexibility • Ability to work as part of a team • PC skills • Authorization to drive a motor vehicle category B (active driver) 6th salary grade + special allowance category II., allowance for work on Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and on-call work Pleasant work environment Opportunity for further education 5 weeks vacation + 1 week additional vacation Send CVs and cover letters to [email protected]
