Pečovatelská služba Hrabyně, příspěvková organizace is seeking to join our team: Social Services Worker – Care Aide
Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (with possibility of extension to permanent) Schedule: Two-shift operation, 38.75 hours per week, irregular distribution of working hours
Starting Gross Salary: Base from 22,400 Kč to 30,420 Kč + personal allowance + special allowance for weekends, holidays, etc.
Job Duties:
· Providing direct care to clients of care and assistance services in their home environment.
· Assistance with personal care activities – support with hygiene, dressing, meals, and mobility.
· Ensuring household operation – minor housework, shopping, laundry care.
· Providing accompaniment and assistance according to individual client needs.
· Activation activities and guiding clients toward maximum independence.
· Working with individual client plans, maintaining service progress records (key worker role).
Client care takes place in connected residential buildings where our organization is located; workers do not travel to clients.
Requirements:
· Full legal capacity.
· Basic education
· Criminal record clearance (certificate from Criminal Records Register no older than 3 months – after interview arrangement).
· Health fitness including hepatitis B vaccination at the latest before start date.
· Professional qualification (pursuant to § 116 subsection 5 of the Social Services Act), i.e., completion of an accredited qualification course (can be supplemented after start if necessary, not a condition).

· Salary classification according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., Annex No. 2, 5th salary grade, based on credited experience
· Allowances pursuant to the Labor Code (Saturday/Sunday, holidays, shift work).
