Position: Physical Security Guard. Work Location: Prague 7, Holešovice. This position is designated for persons with disabilities. Job on the protected labor market. Shifts: 12 hours, continuous operations. Salary: 22,400 – 33,000 Kč depending on contract type. Recruiting bonus: 10,000 Kč for persons with disabilities and individuals with reduced work capacity after probation period completion Stabilization allowance for persons with disabilities and individuals with reduced work capacity: up to 3,000 Kč/month Start date: Immediate. Contractor agreement (DPP) also possible at 200 Kč/h by agreement. Position Description: BPSA s.r.o. is seeking new colleagues to provide security services for our client. The main responsibilities include operating the camera system and monitoring the facility's security, controlling access points, patrol activities, and direct physical security of the assigned premises.
