We require: - Desire to work and learn new things. - Responsible approach and reliability. - Basic PC skills. - Criminal record clearance and age over 18 years. - Knowledge of Czech language in speech and writing. - Experience in the security field is not a requirement. - Professional qualification Security Guard - we arrange individually as part of employee onboarding. We offer: - Part-time/Project-based/Full-time employment - Long-term cooperation with regular salary. - Bonuses and incentive compensation based on performance evaluation for each employee - Recruitment bonus of 6,000 Kč after probation period and meeting defined targets - Possibility of weekly salary advances. - Career growth (facility supervisor, security manager) - Flexible and operational shift planning. Base salary from 23,000 Kč/month + supplements, bonuses, regular salary advances. It is possible to work part-time and by agreement. Start date IMMEDIATELY.
