We are looking for a new colleague to join our IT team in the IT Service Desk position. If you enjoy technology, like helping people, and want to gain practical experience in IT, this role is a great start. What awaits you in this position? - Communication with end users and resolution of their IT requests and incidents - Documentation and management of requests in our internal system - Collaboration with other IT teams to resolve more complex or widespread issues - Remote support for users and corporate applications - Participation in addressing extraordinary or crisis IT situations How do we imagine you? - You have a basic understanding of IT (HW, SW, LAN/WAN networks, operating systems) - You are communicative and skilled at dealing with people - You have patience and a willingness to help - You can organize your work and see things through to completion - You are reliable, thorough, and a team player - You are eager to learn new things and develop your IT skills What do we offer? - Flexible hours (4-8 hours per day by agreement) - Stable employment - Opportunity for professional growth and further education (training, certifications) - A supportive team to help you get up to speed Don't have all the experience?
