About the position Your main responsibilities as Portfolio Manager are to coordinate the work around selection, initiation, prioritization, governance and monitoring of business programs and projects within the sub-portfolio Management and Support and Electrical Preparedness, and in close collaboration with other portfolio managers and business developers, develop models and working methods to strengthen and further develop portfolio and project governance. The role includes, among other things, the following responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee all projects and programs within the sub-portfolio management and support + electrical preparedness, with a focus on ensuring that resources are used optimally and that projects are aligned with Svenska kraftnät's strategic priorities. Continuous monitoring, analysis and reporting of progress, cost outcomes and benefits realization to management. Provide recommendations for resource prioritization between different projects, monitor compliance with timelines and budgets, and identify and manage risks at the sub-portfolio level. Continuously compile and evaluate long-term plans for included programs and projects in the sub-portfolio. Lead the working forums that exist for operational portfolio governance regarding the sub-portfolio. In close collaboration with portfolio managers and business developers within portfolio and project governance, develop models and working methods within portfolio and project governance.
