Job Responsibilities: Providing basic information about employment office services to citizens at risk of unemployment and job seekers. Preparing and maintaining supporting documentation and other matters related to job placement, verifying their accuracy. Individual work with job seekers focused primarily on providing advisory services to the long-term unemployed and preventing illegal employment. Providing group advisory services to job seekers focused primarily on advisory activities for the long-term unemployed. Matching available job openings with job seekers. Developing individual action plans to increase employment prospects including their updates and evaluations. Managing the agenda of granting, denying, withdrawing, suspending, or resuming unemployment benefit payments. Making first-instance administrative decisions including decisions on removal from the job seeker registry. Qualifications and Additional Requirements: • minimum higher professional education • knowledge of PC work (MS Office) • responsibility, independence, flexibility • professional conduct, psychological resilience • legal capacity, clean criminal record, health fitness, Czech citizenship, citizenship of another EU member state, or citizenship of a state that is a contracting party to the EEA Agreement pursuant to § 25 section 1 letter a) and meeting the conditions according to § 25 section 2 of Act No. 234/2014 Coll., on Civil Service • driving license category B advantageous Working Conditions: • salary classification in the 10th pay grade in accordance with applicable legal regulations; after probation, possibility of granting a personal supplement • flexible working hours – full-time position • expected start date November 1, 2026 • fixed-term employment (substitute for parental leave) with a 6-month probation period (set in accordance with § 178 section 3 of the Civil Service Act, as currently in effect) If interested in this position, please send electronically a motivational letter stating the position title and workplace, supplemented with a structured curriculum vitae and a copy of your education credentials, no later than September 29, 2026 to the email address [email protected] Failure to submit the required documents above is considered a failure to meet the requirements.
