Early Intervention Advisor / Social Worker (m/f) In this position, you will provide social counseling and support to families of children with autism or suspected autism. You will collaborate with other professionals and participate in developing individual support plans and client documentation in accordance with legal requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include providing clients with support in their home environment and actively working in the field (active driver's license category B required). You will be a guide for families in challenging life situations, with the ability to actively listen, motivate, and seek collaborative solutions. Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a requirement. A minimum of higher vocational education (VOŠ) or a bachelor's degree in social work or related fields is required, or fulfillment of professional qualifications according to §110 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services.
