The starting offered gross wage will be determined based on your abilities, experience, and qualifications starting from 144 Kč/hod. Additional compensation includes variable bonuses, monthly performance-based rewards, and individual allowances. Upon hire, employment will be established for a fixed term of 8 months with a 4-month probationary period, with the goal of conversion to an indefinite contract. A modern flexographic printing company is expanding its team and seeking support for the position of Laborer/Helper. We manufacture shrink sleeve labels, self-adhesive and IML labels, plastic and aluminum caps, as well as other paper and plastic packaging segments for major customers, primarily in the food industry. Responsibilities of the Laborer/Helper: -Auxiliary work around printing machines and finishing equipment -Preparation of materials for production and material/product handling during the manufacturing process -Basic maintenance and cleaning of production machinery and equipment -Material handling using a forklift -Auxiliary warehouse work -Maintaining cleanliness and order in production and warehouse areas We require: -Physical fitness and manual dexterity -Forklift operator certification (VZV) and experience operating forklifts are an advantage -Attention to detail, responsibility, and independent work approach -Willingness to learn new things and readiness to work in shift operations -Manufacturing experience is an advantage but not a requirement - this position is suitable for recent graduates; we will provide training Shift Schedule: -Continuous 24/7 operations (2x morning shifts, 2x night shifts, 4 days off) We offer: -Work in an established flexographic printing company with modern technological equipment -Thorough training and familiarization with the manufacturing process -Competitive compensation -Opportunities for professional and career development
