We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join the kitchen team at our Senior Care Home in Vysoké Mýto. Do you enjoy working in a kitchen and want to be part of a stable and friendly team? Join us! What we offer: o1-year employment contract with the possibility of extension and long-term cooperation. oSalary of 28,000 Kč gross. oRegular shift work (weekdays 5:00 - 17:30, weekends 5:00 - 15:00) with even alternation of short and long weeks. o5 weeks of vacation and 3 sick days. oDiscounted meals provided at the workplace. oSupport of a stable organization and pleasant work environment. oWork location: Vysoké Mýto. oStart date: to be agreed. What will you be doing? oAssisting cooks in preparing meals (breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner, special diets). oPerforming basic preparation tasks such as cleaning, cutting, portioning, etc. oCareefully measuring ingredients and portions to ensure correct portions. oPreparing and serving diet meals according to the cooks' instructions. oServing meals to clients at the serving window. oMaintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen, including cleaning work surfaces and equipment. oWorking in a coordinated team of 8-10 people. What we expect from you: oReliability, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for the work. ik Middle education with a vocational certificate in gastronomy. oPrior experience in institutional catering is welcome. oTeam spirit and responsibility.
