Building and Facility Maintenance Assistants

We are looking for a colleague to assist with the management of a shopping mall. This is temporary work on a contract basis (DPP/DPČ). Job Responsibilities: • Assist the building manager with daily operations • Oversee the cleanliness and order of common areas • Monitor technical systems • Minor administrative tasks • Occasional landscaping maintenance • Minor repairs and building maintenance • Installation of decorations and exhibitions Requirements: • Knowledge of minor construction, locksmith, and electrical work • Clean criminal record • Independence • Manual dexterity Initial Contact: If you are interested in this position, please send your resume to [email protected]
