Traffic Coordinator for DSV - Polish-Speaking
Would you like to work in a central and varied role within transport and logistics where you combine planning, problem-solving, and daily contact with customers, drivers, and transporters?
We are now seeking a traffic coordinator at JKS Sverige for DSV in Landskrona.
For this role, you must be fluent in Polish in both speech and writing, as you will have regular contact with Polish-speaking drivers and transporters.
About the Role
As a traffic coordinator at DSV, you are responsible for directing and planning transports while ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and with high quality. The role involves a fast pace and many contact points where structure, service, and problem-solving are key to success.
You work closely with both internal and external parties and become an important part of ensuring high delivery accuracy and a good customer experience. Communication takes place in Swedish, English, and Polish, making your language skills a central part of the role.
Your work tasks include:
Plan and direct inbound and outbound freight carriers
Ensure optimal load planning and capacity
Monitor deliveries and manage deviations
Maintain ongoing contact with drivers, transporters, and customers
Issue freight documents and handle notifications
Perform goods searches and reconciliation
Handle financial follow-up and credit checks
Initiate repairs and inspections of trailers
Handle customs administration as needed
Follow up and ensure that routines and processes are adhered to
We are looking for someone who
Speaks Polish fluently in speech and writing
Speaks Swedish and English in speech and writing
Has experience in transport, logistics, or traffic coordination
Is organized and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
Has good problem-solving skills and can make quick decisions
Is communicative and service-oriented
Enhoys many contact points and collaboration
Has good administrative skills and computer proficiency
Meritorious
Experience in transport management or freight forwarding
Knowledge of customs handling and transport documentation
Experience with financial follow-up and invoice handling
