Contact person: Chládková Petra, tel.: +420 775 370 272, e-mail: [email protected] Job duties: Installing roof coverings: Assembly of a wide range of coverings (clay and concrete tiles, shingles, metal coverings, slate or asphalt strips) on sloped and flat roofs. Substrate preparation: Installation of roof battens, counter-battens, sheathing, installation of protective waterproofing membrane and vapor barriers. Carpentry and metalwork assistance: Minor roof repairs, installation of gutter systems, chimney flashing, installation of roof windows and skylights. Reconstruction and repairs: Removal of old roof coverings, localization and repair of leaks, replacement of damaged roof sections. Roof insulation: Installation of thermal and waterproofing layers (particularly on flat roofs using PVC membranes or asphalt strips). We require: ability to lead a team and organized work management, ability to work at heights, proven experience in the field, driver's license category B
