We are growing rapidly and looking for more team members to join our team responsible for packing and delivering grocery bags. The role is independent and involves significant personal responsibility for quality, efficiency, timelines, and customer contact. The work mainly consists of picking groceries and packing them into grocery bags. Therefore, it is important that you are both fast, efficient, and very thorough. Experience from grocery retail or good knowledge of food and quality is a requirement. For example, you need to be able to assess the quality of fresh produce, fruits, and vegetables, such as choosing a good avocado, fresh ginger, or apples without damage. You are responsible for maintaining picking times, meeting deadlines, and ensuring that all items meet high standards. If an item needs to be replaced, you have direct contact with the customer by phone. In addition to picking, you also work with logistics and delivery, where you deliver grocery bags to our pickup lockers around Linköping or directly to customers' homes. Therefore, good driving experience and a manual driver's license are required. The position is a fixed-term employment with guaranteed 20 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours. Exact days and times are planned on an ongoing basis in consultation within the team, with the possibility of both fixed schedules and more flexible arrangements depending on the business needs and what works best for our staff.
