We are seeking an experienced and engaged Shop Manager for Werksta's Damage Repair Shop on Gotland. An important part of this position involves creating the conditions for very high customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and ensuring that you plan and optimize work at our car damage repair shop. Here you are offered a modern workplace with a focus on collaboration, safety, and long-term development. Job Responsibilities Do you want to lead and develop the shop's daily operations? In this role, you are responsible for ensuring efficient work flows, high quality in repair work, and good customer experience. You lead the team, coordinate with insurance companies and external partners, and actively work on continuous improvement and staff development. In essence, you have overall responsibility for the entire facility, including work flow, operational targets, profitability, budget, and personnel. Lead and coach the shop's employees to ensure high quality, productivity, and a good work environment Plan and follow up on repair flows, spare parts handling, and scheduling to optimize throughput Ensure that procedures for damage handling, documentation, and digital reporting are followed Collaborate with customer reception, damage inspection, and paint shop to create a smooth customer journey Communicate with insurance companies, suppliers, and external partners as needed Take responsibility for work environment, safety, and compliance with the shop's procedures and legal requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives around processes, tools, and digital systems, and monitor key metrics Handle personnel matters such as recruitment, onboarding, skills development, and follow-up Qualifications and Who We Are Looking For We are seeking an experienced, confident, and stable leader who is results-driven and proactive, while also having heart for the work. Furthermore, you should be a leader who wants to be "hands on" and present in daily operations, with extensive experience in the automotive industry and leadership. · Experience in leadership within a car damage repair shop or similar automotive operations Good understanding of damage processes, workshop flows, and vehicle repairs Experience working with digital workshop systems and documentation; Cabas knowledge is a requirement A very good understanding of numbers and economics is required Ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees and create an inclusive work environment · Structured, results-oriented, and experienced at prioritizing in a dynamic environment · Initiative-driven, creative, and self-directed with the drive to implement improvements toward targets Good communication skills in Swedish, spoken and written; English is advantageous B driving license is advantageous.
