About the Role As Facility Manager, you will have overall responsibility for daily operations, personnel, and business results. You will lead, motivate, and support your team members to achieve common goals and ensure that the operation is characterized by quality, safety, and a good work environment. Your management responsibilities cover workshop and customer-facing staff, with a team of 6 permanent employees. You will ensure customers receive the best possible service. The role includes managing and developing relationships with existing key customers as well as identifying new local business and private customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead, assign, and develop staff in daily operations Plan and coordinate activities in preparation for seasonal peaks Responsible for day-to-day operations on-site with proper organization of the workshop Responsible for finances, budget, procurement, results, and follow-up Ensure that routines, quality, and safety standards are maintained Responsible for work environment and safety in the workshop Represent the operation to customers, suppliers, and business partners We Are Looking for You If You: Have documented experience in leadership, preferably within the tire/automotive industry Are a communicative and engaged leader with strong ability to foster team involvement Have financial acumen and experience working toward goals Comfortable combining practical and administrative work Previous experience working in the automotive industry or similar field and knowledge of tires for light vehicles/commercial vehicles is required. A C-class driving license is a merit. Good proficiency with Microsoft Office. What Can We Offer You?
