Site Manager with Establishment Responsibility – build up our local operations
Konsultia is a specialist in staffing and recruitment within industry, technology, and logistics. We have a strong market position in Northern Sweden and are now expanding throughout the rest of the country. Our local offices extend from Gällivare to Helsingborg, and we are now opening in Norrköping.
About the role
You will join at an early stage and receive a clear mandate to build up the local business – step by step.
The role requires personal drive, persistence, and hands-on work where you:
· create customer relationships and develop business locally
· drive sales from first contact to delivery
· recruit and follow up on consultants and assignments
You will work independently during the startup phase, while having support from colleagues in nearby locations, central support functions, and regional management (in which you will participate). As the business grows, the role will evolve and there are excellent opportunities for personal development.
We are looking for you who
· are customer-focused, business-driven, and accustomed to taking your own initiative
· have experience in sales, business development, or relationship-building roles
· lead by example and contribute with high engagement
Industry experience, experience from growth ventures, and/or a couple of years of management experience are advantageous.

The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period. A B-class driver's license is required.
