About the Position As a site manager, you lead, plan, and control daily production in ground works and construction contracts of varying size and complexity. You hold overall responsibility for ensuring that projects are completed according to set objectives regarding finances, quality, work environment, and delivery time. The role includes, among other things, production and resource planning, operational management responsibility, and participation in recruitment. You are also responsible for financial monitoring, forecasting, and reporting, as well as cooperation with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. An important part of the work is also ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal processes. Qualifications To succeed in the role, Bäckström Anläggning AB is looking for you who are well-established in the construction industry and have: Experience in leadership and personnel responsibility Good technical understanding and practical experience in ground works and construction Good knowledge of AMA Anläggning and MER Knowledge of construction and commercial law Experience working according to management and quality systems BAS‑U Experience with calculation programs and bidding work Your Profile You have several years of experience in leading positions within construction contracting and are accustomed to responsibility for personnel, budget, and finances. You are a confident leader and skilled communicator who inspires trust in dialogue with both employees and customers. You enjoy leading multiple projects in parallel, work structured toward clear goals, and create good collaborations in project organizations.
