Nordia is seeking a Site Manager for Kiruna who drives budgets, schedules, and work environment – and leads the team toward strong results. As a Site Manager in construction, you are responsible for driving the project from planning to completion. You have clear overall responsibility with a focus on budgets, work environment, and leadership, and the role involves both oversight and presence in production. The role requires high presence on site, control of work environment, and follow-ups are a major part of the work. Communication and leadership are key words for this role; you will lead both your own personnel and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and monitor the construction project as a whole from start to finish. Responsible for planning, schedules, budgets, quality, and follow-up. Be a key contact for clients, contractors, and project management. Lead construction meetings and ensure documentation and follow-up. Drive a safe and efficient work environment throughout the project. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for you as a confident and present leader with the ability to drive construction projects forward with structure and clarity. You have a good understanding of the various parts of the construction process and thrive in a role where you switch between an overall perspective and operational decisions in daily work. You are used to bringing the team together, creating clear frameworks, and keeping production, quality, and follow-up on track – while building good relationships with clients and partners. Requirements for the Position: Experience in construction production in a leadership role. Good understanding of all parts of the construction process. Clear leadership qualities and experience with personnel responsibility. Ability to make decisions, structure, and drive work forward. B driver's license. Meritorious: Knowledge of contract law and economics. Construction technical education or equivalent experience.
