The role suits you if you are confident in your site manager role and want a central and responsible role in projects. About the Role As a site manager, you are responsible for leading and driving construction projects from start to handover. The projects include both renovation/modernization/extension projects and new construction, and you have overall responsibility for planning, production, economics, and follow-up. The role involves leading work at the construction site, coordinating personnel and subcontractors, and ensuring that the project is completed according to schedule, budget, quality, and occupational health and safety requirements. We would like to see that you have: Several years of experience as a site manager in construction Experience with both renovation/modernization/extension projects and new construction Good knowledge of project economics, forecasting, and scheduling Experience leading and coordinating multiple stakeholders in projects Good computer skills Valid driver's license (category B) Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis.
