Teknisk Fastighetsservice AB, TFS, is a Norrland-based company that manages maintenance and development of technical installations in properties for property owners and users in industrial, public, and commercial operations. The company provides service and preventive maintenance for property technical installations including ventilation, heating, cooling, electrical, and automation. Operations are based in Norrland with offices in 16 locations from Uppsala in the south to Luleå in the north, with headquarters in Sundsvall. TFS is part of the Fenix Holding AB group with nearly 500 employees, of which approximately 250 are employed by TFS.
About the Position
As Site Manager, you will operationally and strategically lead the Gävle unit toward established goals. Through a coaching approach, you support and develop your employees while working close to operations, driving business development, and leading the sales of service agreements as well as projects. You are responsible for both results and operational activities, which includes personnel and work environment responsibility for approximately 15 employees and participation in budgeting, goal-setting, and management work. You are part of the company's management team and report to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications
We would appreciate if you have education in a relevant field, such as energy engineer and/or project manager, have completed some form of leadership training, or have equivalent experience from similar roles. You have several years of experience leading and developing personnel. Industry knowledge within, for example, ventilation, cooling, HVAC, and automation is a merit. You have good skills in Swedish both spoken and written.
To succeed in the role of Site Manager, you need to be able to adapt your leadership style to the situation to create clarity, confidence, and momentum in daily work. You are stable and decisive when the situation requires it, while also being responsive, coaching, and supportive in developing employees and operations. You have a business and results-oriented approach, prioritize efficiently, allocate resources, and contribute to a positive and trust-building workplace.
