We are seeking an experienced Site Manager who wants to take a leading responsibility in some of the larger and more complex construction projects in the Stockholm region. About the role As Site Manager, you hold overall responsibility for production and lead the project from initiation to final inspection. You are responsible for ensuring the project is executed according to set objectives regarding finances, timeline, quality, work environment, and customer satisfaction. You are also one of our most important culture bearers and leaders in the project, where you create conditions for commitment, collaboration, and shared responsibility. At the same time, you build and develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other collaboration partners. To support you, you have a project manager, work supervisors, and project engineers, as well as specialist functions in budgeting, procurement, construction management, and HR. Your main responsibilities - Plan, lead, and monitor production from project start to completion. - Hold overall responsibility for project finances, forecasts, and results. - Ensure the project meets set objectives regarding quality, timeline, work environment, and sustainability. - Promote a safe workplace and a strong work environment culture. - Contribute to experience feedback and development of working methods within the organization. Who are you? We are seeking a confident, clear, and business-minded leader with the ability to build trust and engagement with both employees, clients, and collaboration partners. You are accustomed to taking significant responsibility and making decisions with both the project's and the organization's best interests in focus. Through your leadership, you create structure, momentum, and work satisfaction while driving projects toward set objectives. To be successful in the role, we see that you have: - Construction technical education or equivalent experience. - At least five years of experience as Site Manager in construction production of commercial buildings in collaborative form. - Documented experience leading larger construction projects with a project value of approximately 500 Mkr or more. - Experience with projects requiring security classification. - Good understanding of finances and experience with budget, forecast, and profit responsibility. - Experience leading and developing project organizations. - Good knowledge of contract law, production management, and work environment. - Good computer skills and excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
