About the role As site manager, you are responsible for driving projects from start to finish with a focus on quality, safety, profitability and customer satisfaction. You work from our office in Karlskrona and work with both smaller and larger building service projects for companies, public activities and private individuals. The role involves overall responsibility for production, economics, work environment, environment and employees. You lead the team in daily work and ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely and according to set goals. Your main areas of responsibility: Lead, plan and allocate work and have personnel responsibility for the team. Responsible for production, quality and execution in projects. Drive project economics through budget work, follow-up and forecasts. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations as well as Peab's guidelines and policies. Be driving in work environment and environmental work and contribute to a safe and secure workplace. Lead project-related meetings and participate in construction and customer meetings. Build and develop long-term relationships with customers, clients and subcontractors. About you We are looking for you who are a confident and engaging leader with a strong business focus. You thrive with taking responsibility, making decisions and creating good conditions for both projects and employees to succeed. We are looking for you who have: Technical university education or equivalent experience. At least three years of experience in a leading position. Good knowledge of project management, economics, work environment and construction contract law. Ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented manner. Good communication skills and inclusive leadership. Driver's license (category B) and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have experience as a site manager in the construction industry and relevant leadership training.
