Site Manager, Gothenburg
As a site manager at NYB, you have overall responsibility for project economics, planning, and execution. You are a key link between the client, work supervisors, and other personnel, ensuring that all project components work together to achieve common goals.
You drive projects forward with a focus on quality, time, budget, and customer satisfaction, and ensure that work is performed according to applicable procedures and requirements. With us, you work within contracting and building services.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsibility for project economics, planning, and goal achievement
Development and monitoring of schedules
Ongoing communication and collaboration with clients and subcontractors
Personal responsibility for work supervisors and other personnel on site
Ensure that the project is executed efficiently and in accordance with quality and safety requirements
To succeed in this role, we see that you:
Documented experience as a site manager in the construction industry
Solid construction expertise and comprehensive understanding of the building process
Valid BAS-U and BAS-P certifications
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Category B driver's license
Have a business-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills
