Job Description
Are you technically interested, enjoy working practically, and feel comfortable in a workshop environment? Do you have experience with CNC machining, laser cutting, and bending? Then this could be the right opportunity for you!
As a CNC operator/plastic processor, you will be an important part of production and work with manufacturing customized products in various plastic materials.
Your tasks will include:
• CNC machining
• Laser cutting
• Bending and forming plastic
• Blueprint reading and quality inspections
• Machine setup and basic programming
• Active participation in improvement and development work
The position is based on day shifts in Borås. At Ösönerplast, you'll become part of a company with extensive experience, modern machinery, and short decision-making processes. Here you'll work in an operation where quality, expertise, and customer focus are central, and where your own ideas and initiative are valued.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with a strong technical interest who thrives in a manufacturing environment. You're curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking your own initiative to develop both working methods and results.

• Experience with CNC machining, laser work, or bending
• Previous experience from a workshop or manufacturing industry
• Good technical understanding and experience reading blueprints
• A careful and quality-conscious work approach
• Ability to work both independently and with colleagues
It's a bonus if you have experience with plastic processing, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
