Job responsibilities: • Compilation and monitoring of production plan • Preparation and monitoring of production capacities • Tracking order status, deadlines and efficient capacity management • Conducting plan revisions and changes according to current situation • Contributing to improvements in production processes • Close cooperation with other departments of the company (procurement, sales, production, technology, quality) • Resolving operational production issues • Identifying deviations and proposing corrective measures • Creating production assemblies • Communication with supplier in Netherlands • Tracking inventory status and monitoring deliveries Requirements: • Experience in production planning • Knowledge of ERP systems advantageous • Knowledge of PC work, particularly MS Excel • English at communication level • Analytical, strategic and logical thinking, responsibility, accuracy and independence • Communication skills and team cooperation • Organizational skills, ability to prioritize • Proactive approach to problem-solving • Ability to handle multiple tasks, flexibility • Ability to process and evaluate data We offer: • Full-time employment • Single-shift operation • Flexible working hours • Thorough training + possibility of training/courses • Occasional home office after training • Meal allowance • Interesting and varied work Contact: Markéta Kalábová, tel. 733 183 488, e-mail: [email protected]
