We process applications on a rolling basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. We need a scheduler who has knowledge of cars and car repairs. We would prefer that you have experience from work such as mechanic or damage repair technician and have a good understanding of all workshop processes. Vehicle technical training and documented experience from the automotive industry are highly valued. A requirement is experience working with telephone and computer as tools. To succeed in the role, it is important that you have a good sense of service and that you are solution-oriented. You strive to create good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Since the work tasks are numerous and involve planning and administration, it is important that you can prioritize and be structured and thorough in your approach. A B-class driver's license is required and you must master the Swedish language in speech and writing. As a scheduler, the central task is to work with daily planning and ensure that work runs smoothly for our sheet metal workers and painters. The work tasks include planning and streamlining jobs, making damage estimates, invoicing, etc. Cabas experience is a requirement.
