Maestro Motala AB is looking for an experienced and dedicated pizza baker for a full-time permanent position. We are seeking someone with solid experience working as a pizza baker who wants to build a long-term career with us. Since this position requires experience and independence, we offer a competitive fixed monthly salary that exceeds the applicable collective agreement level. Job responsibilities include: preparing and baking pizza as well as handling dough and raw materials, preparing ingredients and mise en place, working independently during both calm and intense shifts, ensuring good food hygiene and self-inspection, controlling the quality of raw materials and finished products, keeping the workplace and kitchen clean and organized, assisting with other tasks in the restaurant as needed. Qualifications We are primarily looking for someone with documented experience as a pizza baker. You should be able to work independently, maintain consistent high quality, and work well with other team members. Previous experience in professional restaurant work and knowledge of food hygiene are advantageous. Employment Terms This is a full-time permanent position. A fixed monthly salary is offered and the salary will be determined based on experience and competence. The salary will be at least in line with, and for the right candidate above, the applicable collective agreement terms.
