We are now looking for you to work as a personal assistant in our staffing pool in Karlstad as needed. The work involves making yourself available on the days and times you are able to work. Who are our customers? Our customers have different functional variations and thus different needs for care and support in their daily lives. It could be a child/young person who uses a wheelchair and needs support both at school and during leisure time with everything from planning fun activities to transfers and medical care. It could be a person with autism who needs structured and educational guidance for a functioning daily life, or an elderly person who needs help with evening routines, preparing dinner, feeding the cat, and nighttime supervision. Everyone is different and has different needs. Who are you? We are looking for you to work with people who need extra support. You are engaged, attentive, and flexible in facing the challenges that may arise during a work shift. Experience from personal assistance or other care work is a merit, but what matters most is the chemistry with the customer. It is important that you have a good command of the Swedish language since you often serve as the customer's voice in various situations. About the job: Working as a temporary substitute with our customers means you will be booked for work shift by shift. Work hours can vary between day, evening, and night. Both weekdays and weekends. We hope that you as an applicant can ideally be available for work 2-3 days per week. Passal Assistans offers rewarding and varied work with good employment terms, training, and wellness benefits.
