Personal Assistants for 16-Year-Old Girl Living in Bromma
We are now seeking a personal assistant for an active 16-year-old girl who lives with her wonderful family in Bromma. As an assistant, you will help create a safe and comfortable everyday life based on her needs. You will provide active support in activities, play, and communication. You will help her with all personal care, mobility, and meals. For our client to feel comfortable with you, you need to be a positive, warm, calm, trustworthy, and attentive person with a great deal of patience. You are proactive, good at reading situations, and can work independently. We would also like you to be creative and enjoy coming up with new ideas. Since our client is very active, it is essential that you have no physical limitations or restrictions.
We are looking for someone who wants to do meaningful work long-term, is responsible, and responsive to another person's needs. To apply for this position, you must be at least 18 years old, able to provide a criminal background check, and provide two references. At the client's request, we are only recruiting female staff members. Since the family has a dog, you must not be allergic.
Job Details:
The position starts in August with approximately 80% employment. Working hours vary: you will work 2-4 mornings per week (07:00-09:00), evenings (16:00-21:00), and weekends with varying times, daytime (09:00-14:30), and evening shifts (14:30-21:00). During school breaks, the position expands. We appreciate flexibility as substitute coverage may be needed.
