We are currently looking for you to become part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant!
What does this position entail?
The client is a man in his 50s who needs help with everything in his daily life, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, simple meal preparation, laundry/cleaning, and activities.
We would appreciate if you are social and appreciate the simple things in life, such as music, playing board games, and solving crosswords, as these are things the client himself enjoys.
The client also enjoys being outdoors when the weather permits to take a walk or sit on the patio on a warm summer day where he has space to socialize with his friends and family.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is committed and respectful. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personable while acting professionally. To work together with me, I would like you as an assistant to be attentive, trustworthy, and calm, preferably with a great sense of humor.
We would like it if you:
are a non-smoker and do not wear perfume during your work hours.
can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish.
can work flexible hours - day, evening, night, and weekends.
have experience or education in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement.)
Other Information
Employment type: 1 person for 60% DAYTIME work plus on-call positions
Scope: Substitute staff who can fill in during regular staff absences.
Work hours: Day, evening, night, and weekends.
Start date: As soon as possible.
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to provide proof that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
