Personal Assistants Needed for Energetic and Joyful Boy

We are now seeking additional full-time night and part-time day & night personal assistants for a wonderful boy with tremendous energy, joy, and curiosity about life. He is a cheerful and vibrant kid who radiates warmth to those around him. With his spirited personality and keen interest in his surroundings, he enjoys activities, outings, and being part of everyday life. He thrives when things are happening and appreciates people who offer security, thoughtfulness, and positive energy. The boy receives round-the-clock personal assistance and primarily needs supervision related to a tracheostomy, as well as support and help with other daily living needs. That's why we're looking for you—someone who is calm and attentive, with the ability to create a sense of peace and safety while also bringing joy, playfulness, and dedication. As a personal assistant, you will be an important part of his daily life, there to provide security, happiness, and opportunities for him to grow and live an active life. We are looking for someone who: Is engaged, responsible, and responsive Has a calm and reassuring manner Enjoyed working with children Likes being active and coming up with ideas Works well with families and colleagues Can work independently and take initiative Experience in personal assistance work is a plus, but personal suitability and the willingness to learn are what matter most. You will receive an introduction and the training needed to feel confident in the role.
