We are now looking for a Personal Trainer (PT) at our gym in Älmhult who wants to inspire, guide, and create training joy for our members.
Your Assignment
As a Personal Trainer, you are a key person in our members' training journey. You help them set goals, provide professional guidance, and support them all the way to success. You are both a coach and a motivator, and you have a natural sales mindset—you know your services make a difference and want to reach more people.
In your role, you actively drive sales of PT services and work to build your own client base. You collaborate closely with the gym team and help create an inclusive, inspiring, and professional environment where members feel safe, valued, and motivated.
Your responsibilities include:
Conducting high-quality individual training sessions with customized programs for each member.
Actively selling and marketing PT services and packages, both directly and in collaboration with gym staff.
Tracking client results and adjusting training based on their progress and needs.
Participating in events, trial sessions, and other activities that increase visibility for your services.
Being a good ambassador for STC's values and contributing to a positive gym culture.
Work hours vary and require flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who is passionate about training, loves motivating others, and enjoys working with people. You are confident in your role as a trainer, have a coaching approach, and are used to working with goal-setting—both for your clients and yourself.
You are professional, service-oriented, and see every member interaction as an opportunity to create value. You're also experienced in sales and driven by both helping others and building your own PT business.
Requirements:
Completed accredited FRISK-licensed PT training
At least 18 years old
High service level
Strong sense of sales and quality
Flexible and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish
