Personal Assistant, Ongoing Position

Do you want a meaningful job where you truly make a difference? We are now seeking 2 personal assistants for a wonderful guy approaching 20 years old who lives in Kalmar. Due to expanded care needs, there is now an opportunity to become an important part of his daily life. The position(s) involve work during day, evening, and awake nights, and we particularly welcome female applicants based on the client's preferences. You will work in a dedicated team with a total of eight assistants, where together you create security, structure, and quality of life for our client. The work is carried out with two staff members around the clock, which provides excellent conditions for collaboration and support in the work. We consider it a merit if you have experience with medication management, tube feeding, and lifting aids – but it is not a requirement. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn. We therefore offer individualized introduction and training based on the client's needs.
