Särnmark is one of Sweden's oldest companies in personal assistance and was founded by the current owner in the early 1990s. The man has a neurological diagnosis and was granted personal assistance this spring.
You must not have pet allergies or be afraid of snakes, as the customer has a small snake that needs water, and a small dwarf rabbit that needs a clean cage.
It is appreciated if you have a driver's license, as a trip with a coffee thermos is welcome.
The assistance is provided in the customer's home and during activities. The assistance will be provided during daytime 08-14, Monday to Friday. The customer needs assistance with hygiene, preparing and eating meals, walks, and other daily tasks in the home. You need to have a good ability to motivate and identify what should be done during the day. You need an interest in animals and nature, as well as the ability to plan activities together with the customer.
Gender or age does not play a major role. The customer values that the right person is selected to work as his personal assistant.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and quick to learn new tasks. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the customer and have access to training on the role of personal assistant.
About the position: Monday-Friday 8-14
The employment is fixed-term for as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the salary form is hourly. Work hours vary based on the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays and weekends. This position is perfect for you if you want to work daytime Monday to Friday.
