Our client is an active and social man living in central Jönköping. To make his daily life function, he needs help and support around the clock. We are looking for you to strengthen our assistant team. What the position includes Being a personal assistant means engaging with another person who needs help with everything from personal care, housekeeping, cooking, and shopping. You will also motivate and encourage our clients to participate in and carry out activities. Our client's interests include listening to music, photography, surfing the internet, sports, having coffee breaks, and spending time with family and friends. What we require We are looking for someone who is 40 years or older with your heart in the right place. You are calm, organized, empathetic, and outgoing by nature. You have good initiative and can motivate and engage our client based on his needs, adapting the support you provide to his situation. Previous experience in this profession or similar work with people with functional variations such as autism/Asperger's is a merit, but the greatest weight is placed on your personal suitability. You will drive the client's car as part of your work, so a valid driver's license is required. You communicate Swedish fluently in speech and writing. Non-smoking is also a requirement.
