ELFA Assistans i Sverige AB provides personal assistance services to individuals with disabilities who want to live an active and fulfilling life. We are seeking personal assistants for a man in his forties who has severe epilepsy and, as a result, cognitive impairment. Seizures are frequent and can occur at any time, requiring active supervision and presence to minimize the risk of serious injury. Therefore, prior experience and knowledge of epilepsy is highly valued. The man is active in his daily life, works a few days a week, and enjoys sports, music, film, animals, and traveling. It is desirable that as a personal assistant you share these interests. We are looking for someone who: • Is responsible, engaged, and responsive • Has good patience and good physical health • Speaks and writes Swedish fluently (requirement) • Can be attentive, focused, and at the same time able to maintain a low profile when needed • Is flexible and can work varying hours, around the clock About the Position • Work shifts occur throughout the day, all days of the week • Hourly employment as needed • Start immediately Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis – we welcome your application as soon as possible!
