We are looking for you to join our dedicated team and work as a personal assistant on an assignment in Järfälla. You will work alongside a colleague with shifts varying between day, evening, and active night shifts on a rotating schedule. As an assistant, you will support the user in all daily activities, including help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, meal preparation, cleaning, and medical care. The assignment requires formal medical delegation. You will receive comprehensive introduction and training, but it is highly desirable if you have experience with suction equipment and cough assist machines. We are looking for someone who: - Speaks, reads, and writes Swedish fluently - Has experience working as a personal assistant, preferably in complex assignments - Can handle situations that sometimes develop quickly and maintains composure to work methodically - Is engaged, loyal, attentive, and reliable - Works well in collaboration and can maintain a low profile when needed - Is a positive person who instills calm and security in interactions with others We are recruiting assistants for part-time positions and hourly temporary work.
