ELFA Assistans i Sverige AB provides personal assistance and serves people with disabilities who want to live an active and fulfilling life. All operations are conducted based on the LSS intentions regarding the individual's right to participation, self-determination, integrity, and influence, and our vision is for the company to be regarded as a competent and personalized assistance provider that through collaboration achieves high results in terms of satisfaction among service users, relatives, and employees. We are now seeking professional assistants interested in working with one of our clients, a woman in her 60s who, due to her disability, needs help and support with most aspects of her daily life. Work takes place wherever the client is located, meaning you as an assistant will work both in the client's home and sometimes accompany her on various activities. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends during daytime, but may vary as this is a needs-based position. At the client's request, we are primarily looking for a female assistant aged 45-65 years. It is important that you are reliable, thorough, and committed to doing a good job, always from the client's perspective. Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement; you must be a non-smoker and should not have any pets. You should have plenty of energy as our client, for example, enjoys walks, but at the same time have the ability to listen in when calm and quiet is needed. It would be advantageous if you are interested in cooking and baking.
