We at Aleva are seeking a confident, committed, and service-oriented personal assistant to a woman in her 30s who lives in her own apartment in a central area of Umeå.
In this role, you will help create the conditions for our client to live her life on her own terms, with independence, security, and quality of life in focus.

About the Position
No two days are the same. Some days include activities outside the home, social events, and outings around town, while others are characterized by a quieter pace at home. Your workplace is wherever the client is. As a personal assistant, you will support the client in her daily life. The work includes, among other things:
Personal care and support in intimate situations
Cooking, cleaning, and other household tasks
Accompanying the client on errands, appointments, and activities
Support with leisure activities and social gatherings
Travel, both short and long trips, may occur later in the employment
The client has 24-hour assistance. Work shifts are mainly arranged as 24-hour shifts with some waiting time during the night, but other working hours may also occur. Work includes days, evenings, and weekends.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is warm, attentive, and confident. You have a natural ability to create calm around you and enjoy working closely with another person. It is important that you have good collaboration skills and a respectful demeanor, and that you are responsible and reliable. Since the client's needs and daily activities can vary, it is important that you are flexible, adaptable, and able to adjust quickly when the situation demands it.
The chemistry between you and the client is crucial since you will spend a lot of time together. Therefore, we are looking for someone who views this assignment as long-term.
Requirements
• B-class driver's license (you will drive the client's car on the job)
• Very good Swedish language skills
• Non-smoker
• Fragrance-free (in consideration of the client's sensitivity)

Scope: 75 - 100 %
Start Date: Immediate start according to agreement
