We're looking for more assistants to join our wonderful guy's team in Horred! Our little star loves getting out and doing various activities such as visiting the swimming pool, going for walks with Krokodilen (the walker), visiting playgrounds and more. The client follows an activity schedule that the assistants help with. The client attends school and finishes at 14:40 on weekdays. It's important that you bring drive and commitment to working with him, as he needs both social and physical stimulation in his daily life. For us, it's important that you connect well with the client you'll be working with and that you're responsive to the client's needs and wishes. You should be empathetic and respect the client's integrity. You have a good sense of humor and are ready to make your own decisions and take initiative to support his family. You're responsible and work well with others. You're good at motivating and enjoy an active lifestyle. Your work tasks: Tasks typical of the profession. This can range from individualized care to household chores. The assistance is based from the client's home but also includes accompanying him on activities outside the home. You work in a supportive and motivating manner. For this assignment, you need to have a driver's license. Work hours: Morning shifts Weekdays: 06:30-08:30 Evening shifts Weekdays: 14:30 - 19:30, Fridays until approximately 18:00. We're looking for both hourly temps and fixed-term employees with set working hours. During school breaks, the client has more assistant hours, and there's also the possibility to work weekends.
