We are now seeking a dedicated personal assistant for a young woman who is full of life, love, and determination. Here you will have the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship and become an important part of her life. About Her Our client is a young woman with severe autism and serious epilepsy. She does not communicate verbally but instead uses body language, gestures, and reactions. She is a loving and joyful person who appreciates closeness and warmth, but always on her own terms. She is very determined and knows what she wants, which makes it especially important that as an assistant you are responsive and respectful. Some of Her Interests: • Music and dance • Walks • Train rides About the Position The work is performed in the client's home where her family also lives. The position primarily involves day and evening shifts, though night shifts also occur. The employment level is approximately 75%. You always work as a dual assistant, meaning you are never alone in your assignment. Together with your colleague, you create a safe and predictable daily life for her. Who Are We Looking For?
