Personal Assistant for Active 10-Year-Old Boy

We are now seeking a couple of personal assistants for our client, an active 10-year-old boy in Norrköping. Are you a positive, attentive, flexible, and driven person who understands the importance of a respectful approach? If so, you might be exactly who we're looking for. It's important that you can take your own initiative, have patience, and are comfortable working with a low-affect approach and can work varying hours consisting of daytime, evening, and weekends. You will work in the client's home, which consists of 4 family members. The family also has a dog. Your responsibilities: As a personal assistant, you will be in close proximity to the client at all times and provide support and motivated interventions with individual adaptation during all of the client's daily activities. This can include support and help with hygiene, assistance with meals, training, and leisure activities. The client requires constant supervision so you can respond quickly to situations that may arise. We're looking for you: who is a responsible and secure person. It is an advantage if you have experience supporting and working with children with autism, which provides valuable insights into adapted interaction and educational support. Terms of employment: An extract from the criminal records register is required since the position involves work with a child.
