Description of the Personal Assistant Position
We are currently seeking a female personal assistant who speaks Arabic for a cheerful 8-year-old boy living in Kristianstad.
As a personal assistant, you work with a person who has a functional variation. You help with everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as getting dressed, household management, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a real difference and help another person's daily life function.
Your workplace is wherever the client is located, and the work is both varied and eventful. We believe that contributing every day to helping someone live their life the way they want is the world's most important job.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
The boy has autism and ADHD and therefore needs structure and motivation in his daily life. Since the boy is active and has lots of energy, it is important that you are physically fit and can keep up with his pace. We appreciate if you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.
Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for, but we would appreciate it if you can understand and communicate in both Swedish and Arabic. It is also important that you are engaged, respectful, and attentive, and that you dare to take your own initiative. Education in care and support is a merit, but not required. The most important thing is that you have a genuine interest in working with people.

Other Information
Employment Type: On-demand employment with the possibility of a fixed-term contract.
Working Hours: Days, evenings, and weekends. We appreciate it if you have the flexibility to work variable hours.
Start Date: Immediate or by arrangement.
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews take place on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
