Description:
We are seeking assistants for an elderly woman in central Örebro. The client prefers female applicants.
She is a wonderful person, cheerful and kind. She has an acquired brain injury and is partially paralyzed on one side. Her interests include sunshine, swimming, music, films, being out in nature, and spending time with family.
Your work tasks:
As a personal assistant, you will support the person with disabilities according to their needs so they experience the best possible quality of life and assist with all activities in daily life - including leisure activities and travel - as well as facilitate social interaction with good friends and family.
More specifically: your work tasks include everything from household chores such as cleaning, showering, and cooking to accompanying the client on activities.
Personal qualities:
You are someone who enjoys actively working to ensure the client has a satisfactory life. Furthermore, you see it as a matter of course to always work based on the client's needs and wishes.
You should be able to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. You will work on a rotating schedule with varying work hours.
You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as we have documentation requirements.

Scope:
