We are seeking a personal assistant for a position between 77-80% and hourly substitute work as needed We are now recruiting hourly substitutes for our female client in Jönköping. If you are a stable, confident, and attentive person who wants to make a difference in another person's everyday life, this could be the right assignment for you. About the Client The client is a woman in her 40s who has an intellectual disability and lives in her own apartment. She enjoys swimming, going on outings, watching movies, playing word games, and using her iPad. She needs assistance around the clock and you will work wherever she is. Your tasks include personal care, support with meals, help with shopping, and accompanying her to daily activities and various outings such as walks. The client has challenging and outgoing behavior. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with a calm, stable, and patient approach due to the client's challenging and outgoing behavior. You are attentive, take initiative, and are flexible when daily routines need to be adapted. Experience in personal assistance is a merit but not required. You need to be fluent in Swedish in speech and writing, be a non-smoker, and not have a chlorine allergy. What We Offer You will get varied and meaningful work where you make a difference every day. We provide thorough introduction training where you work alongside an experienced assistant and offer continuous education. Working hours can be day, evening, weekend, night with on-call duty, or 24-hour shifts on weekends. You can start immediately or by agreement.
