We are now looking for a dedicated personal assistant who can work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed, and possibly more during school breaks when school and after-school care are closed. Our client is an 11-year-old girl who lives with her family and two siblings just outside Jönköping. What does the job involve? As a personal assistant, your task is to create security, structure, and a functioning daily life for our client. You will provide support in various situations and help create calm and predictability. The work involves being a support in everyday life, motivating and accompanying activities, working with a low-affect approach, and contributing to creating structure, clarity, and security. You will work closely with both the child and the family, which means that collaboration and personal chemistry are important. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is secure, flexible, and has a calm and stable manner. You have experience working with children with special needs, preferably within the autism spectrum, and understand the importance of structure and adaptation. You are confident in yourself and can use a low-affect approach. To be employed as a personal assistant in this assignment, you must be smoke-free.
