We are now looking for the right person for a temporary position until the end of the year at 75% for a wonderful guy who lives on a farm outside Strömstad. He lives there with his family but also many different animals. This means we are looking for someone who does not have pet allergies. He is a cheerful 28-year-old guy with autism. He needs reliable, responsible and positive assistants who see possibilities. We are looking for an assistant who wants to help establish new routines, as there have previously been insufficient resources to help him stay active and have a varied daily life. This is an opportunity to create fun and above all exciting work as a personal assistant. Assistant's Role and Experience You need to be calm, secure, attentive and engaged as a person. We believe that what is best for the customer is people who are stable, reliable and who have a good sense of humor and an ability to see the positive. Support is needed in hygiene, cooking and activities as well as constant supervision. You guide and motivate when needed, while understanding when to step back. The work tasks include most of what is done in daily life and here we do it together! You are helpful and supportive in everything the customer does. No heavy lifting is involved. Experience from similar work is an advantage. We would like to see male applicants, but it is not a requirement. What is important is that you fit into the family situation and most importantly, that you and our customer get along well, have good chemistry and have fun together! It is a merit if you like art, music and media. You will receive personalized introduction and access to our training program. Meritorious Experience Swedish in speech and writing. Communicative in English as one parent understands very little Swedish. Experience from similar work. Class B driving license. Working Hours / Degree of Employment Temporary position at 75% From now until the end of the year with possibility of extension. Work shifts are scheduled on both weekdays and weekends.
