We are seeking a dedicated and responsible personal assistant for a young woman who needs support in her daily life. You are someone who is trustworthy, attentive, and has a genuine interest in working with people. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of her life and help create a safe and meaningful everyday life. Job Responsibilities: - Support with daily routines such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meals - Help with transfers and other practical tasks at home - Accompany her on activities outside the home, such as leisure activities and outings - Create a safe and positive environment based on the user's needs and wishes - Some documentation and collaboration with family members and other professionals We are looking for someone who: - Is responsible, empathetic, and patient - Has good teamwork skills and is flexible - Can work independently and take initiative - Experience with similar work is an advantage but not required Other Information: - Working hours may vary (day, evening, and weekends) - Training will be provided - The workplace is 15 minutes from Karlshamn city center by public transportation Welcome to apply and become an important part of making a difference in someone's life!
